Environmental Reliability – Temperature Test

  • IEC 60068/ISO 16750 compliant.
  • Plenty of different-sized climatic chambers to meet the various testing requirements.
  • Supports a maximum of 150 °C and a minimum of -60 °C.

Typical Ranges of Temperature & Humidity Test:

  • Operating Temperature: -40 to 85 °C
  • Storage Temperature: -45 to 90 °C
  • Humidity: 0% to 95%
  • Temperature Changing Rate: 1–20 °C/min

Environmental Reliability – Thermal Shock

  • IEC 60068/ISO 16750 compliant.
  • This is an accelerated test for reliability evaluation of mechanical parts and soldering strength by changing the temperature in sharp ramp from a high temperature to a low temperature or vice versa. For example, the operating/storage temperature of DUT will change from +90 °C to -45 °C in a few seconds.
  • By repeating thermal shocks, defects in the mechanical design, material strength or soldering quality will be identified。

Mechanical Reliability – Vibration Test

  • IEC 60068 compliant.
  • This is a standard test applicable to various products. By simulating different vibration conditions, the ability of the products to withstand vibrations during transportation, installation or use can be evaluated.
